Wildcats

This sport movie features blonde-haired, blue-eyed Molly McGrath, who quits her job at a comfortable middle-class school to take a new position as football coach at a predominantly black inner-city school. As the boys can't go the same direction, it's up to Molly's patience and methods to whip them into shape.
