This next installment to the hit comedy follows Wayne and Garth as they move out from their parents' homes and prepare for Waynestock, a grand rock festival. Challenges arise, however, when a shifty music executive begins to pay his court to Cassandra with promises of fame and fortune, and Wayne must fight for his love, again.
