Adriana is a 13-year-old girl from Mexico City who was kidnapped by sex traffickers, which makes her 17-year-old brother, Jorge set out a hopeless mission to rescue her. Terribly exploited by an underground network of international villainous traffickers, Adriana's only friend and protector over her hardships is Veronica, a young Polish woman trapped into the trade by the same criminal gang. As Jorge dodges immigration officers and incredible obstacles to track the girls' abductors, he encounters and teams up with Ray, a Texas policeman who lost family due to sex trafficking for his quest to bring back her little sister.
