The Phantom of the Opera (1925)

Carlotta is a famous lyric singer who is going to take her role as Marguerite in Faust. However, under the roof of the Opera of Paris, she has been threaten by a phantom. He wants her to leave her role for another acctress namely Christine Daae. Carlotta is determined to find out who this masked man is and what is this that he really wants.
