Resident Evil: Damnation

Agent Leon S. Kennedy comes to the Eastern Slav Republic to verify rumors that Bio-Organic Weapons (BOWs) are being used in this country's civil war, which the U.S. and Russia are about to intervene in. After his arrival, he receives an order to retreat immediately by the government but he goes against it and works to destroy these weapons to save the world from their destructive power.
