Wong Fei-Hung is about to leave Beijng and go to Foshan with his father. However, a Manchu general, A'lan Chengdu don't want him to go because he invites Wong to join a lion dance festival that is going to happen soon. As former champion in the third movie, Wong is suite to represent China and win this contest.
