Fire On The Amazon

It takes place in Bolivia's Amazon basin where corporate cattle ranches are replacing the rain forest. And Santos, charismatic leader of the union of rubber tappers, is assassinated for protesting deforestation. A US photo-journalist without investigation skill named O'Brien wants a story when he thinks the police have framed and murdered an innocent Indian as the assassin. When he discovers the truth, he involves Lysa Rothman, who worked for Santos and with whom he falls in love. What happens next to him?
