Fatal Instinct

Police detectives Decker and Gates follow a trail of evidence in search of a serial killer who is terrifying Los Angeles. However, things turn to an extreme bad way as what tracked down is likely to lead to the Gates' ex-con brother, who Decker helped put in prison years ago.
