When taking a trip with his boss to get pigs from an African tribe, Kai rapes an African tribe woman whilst she’s having an ebola fit. Fortunately for our anti-hero, he's a one in a million kind of guy, the kind that recovers from Ebola, yet continues to carry and spread the disease.
