The Delta Force is back with Scott McCoy now the head of the elite commando group. Ordered by the government to bring drug baron Ramon Cota to justice, the Delta Force accomplishes the mission. But when Cota strikes at Maj. Bobby Chavez's family, the mission suddenly becomes very personal for Scott.
