Candyman

Specialising in urban legends, University of Chicago student Helen Lyle searchs around the housing projects of Cabrini Green to discover more about the myth of the Candyman - a slave spirit with a metal hook hand to slash his victims who can be summoned whenever one looks into the mirror and repeats his name five times. At first Helen arrogantly disproving Candyman's existence...until he appears and begins a series of terrors and murders. And, to Helen's horror, she is wanted by the haunting brutal soul to join him in his afterlife world.
