A movie follows Charly Mattei, a retired mafia boss who decides to choose a peaceful life with his wife and two children after leaving his business to his childhood friend Tony Zacchia. However, Charly is forced to take a vengeance upon his just old friend when being attacked in a parking lot and left for dead with 22 bullets in his body.
